The bcdental management team brings together a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational excellence, and people leadership to support our commitment to delivering best-in-class dental care. Pia Davies, with nearly 20 years of clinical experience at bcdental, offers unparalleled knowledge of our patients and local community. Her deep expertise in dentistry, combined with her excellence in compliance and regulatory matters, makes her an invaluable asset to the management team. We are fortunate to benefit from her insights and dedication.

Pearl Rahme, who joined bcdental in 2020, brings extensive experience in human resource management, organizational psychology, and recruitment. Working part-time, Pearl plays a pivotal role in developing robust processes, fostering a culture of feedback, and driving our philosophy of continuous improvement as we strive for excellence.

Caron Dixon has been part of bcdental since 2014. With a background in science, medical research, and leadership roles at GE Healthcare, Caron combines her healthcare knowledge with a passion for patient care. Holding degrees in Arts, Science, and Biotechnology from the University of Melbourne, she is committed to ensuring that bcdental remains at the forefront where leading technology meets exceptional patient care.
